December Series: Monday & Friday Nights (except for Christmas) at 6pm–7pm PT. REGISTRATION CUTOFF: 5pm the day of each class.
Start your Grateful Moves™ - Reclaiming Movement journey by moving if you can, when you can, however you can, in Angela’s virtual (with possible limited in-person options) moving-in-community experiences!
With gratitude and self-preservation as our foundation, we will explore fun, intuitive and gentle ways of moving our fearfully and wonderfully made bodies. So Let’s MOVE Honey Chile! Mmhmm.
Enrolled participants will login via Zoom, prepared to express gratitude, to breathe together, and to connect and to honor their bodies with intuitive movement.
